Lamborghini Cabrera shows


Lamborghini Cabrera will not appear at the upcoming Frankfurt Motor Show, and it has really disappointing. With a capacity of 600 horsepower, Cabrera will replace Lamborghini's cars Gallado.


Cabrera will be introduced in early 2014 and is expected to go on sale in mid-year. Some rumors said that this new generation Lamborghini model the contact form 2nd generation Audi R8.




Cabrera will be powered by a 5.2-liter V-10 600 horsepower capacity. Using automatic transmission 7-speed dual-clutch in will have a 6-speed manual gearbox option.


Also Cabrera is also equipped with two rear-wheel drive or 4-wheel drive. With codenamed PL724, Lamborghini Cabrera is thought longer and wider than the current Gallardo.




Also lighter weight thanks to the use of aluminum and carbon fiber. And even rear-wheel drive version weighs just 1,300 kg.


One thing worth noting is the next-generation Audi R8 chassis will be similar to Lamborghinis. The difference would probably be located in the V-8 and V-10.


A Spyder version will be released in 2015 after the launch of the Lamborghini Cabrera Coupe next year. Spyder version will still be powered by the same engine and gearbox, this version is expected to be even lighter than the Lamborghini Coupe version.
