According to sources close to The Verge, Lumia 1520 will have 2GB of RAM, Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 800, display 1080p resolution 6-inch, 32GB of storage and an SD card slot. Live Tiles screen of this device to 6 column (previously Windows Phone lines only have a maximum of 4 columns).
This smartphone's camera has a resolution of 16MP. Cluster is not too rough on camera as Lumia 1020.
The volume up button, power button and shutter are located along one side.
